Aditi Sharma
Manager , MumbaiAditi is a manager in Bridgespan’s Mumbai office. She has more than seven years of consulting experience across a range of thematic areas including social protection and inclusion, early childhood development, sanitation, and sustainable livelihood. At Bridgespan, she has worked on advisory and knowledge cases including strategy development for a leading domestic philanthropic organization in the area of early childhood education, and the multi-year, multi-stakeholder collaborative, Pay-What-It-Takes India Initiative, which aims to build a stronger and resilient social sector.
Prior to joining Bridgespan, she worked in the Health, Human and Social Services practice at KPMG in India. She has advised and supported clients including government, multilateral and bilateral agencies, philanthropists and nonprofits on policy and strategy, program management, monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment.
Aditi has also authored and contributed to various knowledge papers published by KPMG India on sanitation, gender, and impact investing.
Aditi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bristol, U.K. and a Master of Science in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, U.K.
Aditi is fluent in English and Hindi. In her free time, she enjoys photography, playing musical instruments, and spending time with family and friends.
