Titi Kabi
Manager, JohannesburgTiti Kabi is a manager in Bridgespan’s Africa office, where she advises nonprofits and philanthropists on strategy, resource mobilization, and organizational and leadership development. She has supported organizations working across a range of issue areas, including education, livelihoods, gender equity, and health.
Titi has played a leading role in Bridgespan Africa’s capacity-strengthening work through the Bridgespan Nonprofit Development Programme (BNDP), coaching nonprofit leaders on organizational effectiveness and leadership. Through this work, she has supported more than a dozen organizations to strengthen their funding models and organizational strategies. She is also a co-author of “How to Assess Community-Driven Change: Four Guiding Principles for Funders and Nonprofits” (Bridgespan.org, 2025).
Prior to joining Bridgespan, Titi worked on Unilever Africa’s social impact initiatives, including launching a school nutrition education programme in partnership with South Africa’s Department of Basic Education. At Ben & Jerry’s in the US, she supported digital advocacy campaigns advancing racial equity and LGBTQI+ rights.
Titi holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Marketing from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also earned a certificate in LGBTQIA+ leadership.
